Episode Synopsis:
When Jill (Patricia Richardson) gets a last-minute assignment from her job at Inside Detroit magazine, Tim (Tim Allen) has to take over the housework. Tim gets so wrapped up in automating the washer and dryer that he forgets to make lunch for the boys or help Mark build a gingerbread house for a bakesale, and eventually sets the oven on fire. Jill is upset that she can't pursue a career because she can't trust Tim to take care of the house, but Tim reminds her that the kids are still alive and he didn't screw up every task, so there's really nothing to worry about.
