Episode Synopsis:
When Mr. Binford elopes with a model, he puts his busybody daughter Maureen in charge of Tool Time - much to the chagrin of Tim (Tim Allen), who has been running the show for years. Maureen's meddlesome nature leads her to alter the plans for the house they're renovating on the show and start making Al (Richard Karn) wear Hawaiian shirts, and there's nothing Tim can do.

Jill (Patricia Richardson), meanwhile, has gotten a new job and couldn't be more excited. With Jill, Wilson (Earl Hindman) and even the boys too busy to give him advice, Tim is at a loss - until he comes up with a plan to send Maureen out of town to get her out of their hair.
